Dear Resident

The Potters Bar Neighbourhood Police Team will be attending the 2026 Potters Bar Health & Wellbeing Event, alongside our Fraud and Cyber Crime Team. We would love for you to come along and meet us.

There will be a variety of health and wellbeing activities and information available, including:

✅ Talks on health and wellbeing from guest speakers
✅ Free mini health checks
✅ Relaxation and meditation sessions
✅ Advice and support from local organisations

The event is free to attend and is organised by the Parkfield and Highfield Patients Participation Group, Wyllyotts Theatre, and Hertsmere Borough Council.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about staying healthy, access local support services, and speak with your local policing team about community safety, fraud prevention, and cyber crime awareness.
